Harambee Stars in camp ahead of Cecafa

STARS-ERITREANAIROBI, Kenya November 19 – Harambee Stars are back in camp kicking off thier preparations for the upcoming CECAFA Senior challenge Cup that starts in Nairobi on November 27th.

The squad is at the Moi International Sports Center Kasarani with less than two weeks to get ready under the guidance of Coach Adel Amrouche.

On Amrouche’s call up list, includes Kenya Premier League’s top scorer KCB’s Jacob Keli, AFC Leopards striking trio of Allan Wanga, Paul Were and Noah Wafula.

THE TEAM

Goalkeepers – Jerim Onyango (Gor Mahia), Wilson Obungu (Bandari), Wycliffe Kasaya (Sony Sugar), Duncan Ochieng (Sofapaka).

Defenders – Joackins Atudo (Azam FC), Shariff Mohammed (Bandari), David Owino & Musa Mohammed (Gor Mahia), Abdallah Juma (AFC Leopards), Sammy Mejja (Thika United), Mulinge Ndetto (Ulinzi Stars).

Midfielders – Antony Akumu (Gor Mahia), Francis Kahata & David King’atua (Thika United), Peter Opiyo, Paul Were, (AFC Leopards), Shaban Kenga (Bandari).

Strikers – Allan Wanga & Noah Wafula (AFC Leopards), Jacob Kelli (KCB), Mungai Kiongera, Edwin Lavatsa (Gor Mahia).
