Shabana up to third in KPL after win over Sofapaka

NAIROBI, Kenya, January 17, 2026 – Shabana climbed to third place on the Kenya Premier League table thanks to a 1-0 win over Sofapaka at the Gusii Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Bronson Nsugubo scored the all-important goal in the sixth minute to earn all the three points for Tore Bobe.

The Glamour Boys now boast 27 points from 17 games, three adrift of leaders Gor Mahia and AFC Leopards who sit second.
