NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 9 — Three people were killed and at least 19 others injured on Sunday following a road accident at Otonglo, near the Molasses Plant in Kisumu.

The incident involved the motorcade of Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale, who had earlier attended a thanksgiving ceremony for Health Principal Secretary Ouma Oluga in Rarieda.
