NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 16 – Slovak President Andrej Kiska, who has been in the Kenya since Monday, wrapped up his State visit Thursday and was seen off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The Slovak President started his State visit by holding talks with his host President Kenyatta that focused on deepening bilateral ties between Kenya and Slovakia.
Later, the visiting President toured some farms and projects including Karirana Tea Factory in Limuru, Karen Roses in Karen, St Catherine’s Mary Immaculate Clinic, Songa Mbele na Masomo rehabilitation centre for disabled children and St Philips Neri Primary School in Nairobi.
President Kiska also visited Ten Senses Africa, Athi River Industrial Park, Slovak Development Project for iHub and Maasai Mara National game reserve.
The plane carrying President Kiska and his entourage departed Jomo Kenyatta International Airport shortly before 2pm.
