Govt considers Agriculture mandatory school subject to up ‘cool’ factor

“The old regulations did not foresee a devolved system of government so it has painfully taken a while and I agree it has painfully taken a while but there’s a co-ordination unit which is in the Ministry of Agriculture which we’re working very closely with the Council of Governors. This requires the building of regulations again.”
