President Ruto makes new board changes

NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 25 – President William Ruto has named Ugas Mohamed the Board Chairperson of the Capital Markets Authority.

Ruto also appointed Sylvanus Maritim the Chairperson of the ICT Authority Board latest changes contained in the official government newspaper.
He revoked the appointments of Nick Nesbitt and Fredrick Owino who chaired the two boards.
Ruto’s Cabinet Secretary also made similar appointments reconstitution at least twelve boards.
Treasury Cabinet Secretary Nguguna Ndung’u named new members to the Capital Markets Authority while his Energy counterpart Davis Chirchir reconstituted KETRACO and REREC Boards.

ICT’s Eliud Owalo named 7 new members to the Communications Authority Board while Interior’s Kithure Kindiki picked 5 new NACADA Board members.
