Bolt named mobility partner for HSBC SVNS Nairobi leg

NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 13 – Bolt has partnered with Capital FM Kenya as the official mobility partner for the HSBC SVNS 2 Rugby Tournament set for February 14–15 at Nyayo National Stadium.

The Nairobi leg, an official stop on the HSBC SVNS global series, is expected to attract international teams and thousands of fans.

Bolt said it will provide safe and reliable transport to and from the venue, including designated pick-up and drop-off zones to ease traffic flow.

“Major international sporting events such as the HSBC SVNS 2 tournament present a unique opportunity to showcase how technology can support safe and accessible mobility at scale,” said Dimmy Kanyankole, Senior Manager, Bolt East Africa.

“We are focused on ensuring fans can enjoy the tournament without worrying about transport.”

Capital FM Managing Director Symon Bargurei said the partnership aligns with the media house’s commitment to safety and service excellence.

Bolt will also leverage in-app safety features such as trip sharing and SOS emergency support to enhance rider security during the high-traffic event.
