Jambojet goes regional with new route to Uganda

NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan22 – Jambojet will start flying to Entebbe, Uganda starting February 15 at an introductory fee of Sh11,330 one way.

In a statement, the low-cost airline says the double daily flights are part of its expansion plans to the region.

“It’s official! On 15th February, our beautiful birds will take a flight to our first regional destination, Entebbe, Uganda. We will be flying twice daily from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Entebbe International Airport, with fares starting at Sh11,330,” the company said via its Twitter account.

The daily flights will depart the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport at 9:10am and 5:30pm. It will depart from Entebbe International Airport at 11am and 7:20pm daily.

Last week, Jambojet announced that it will be flying to Wajir five times per week with airfare starting at Sh5,200.
The Nairobi-based airline, which is barely four-years-old currently flies to Eldoret, Kisumu, Malindi, Mombasa and Ukunda.
