NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 17 – TelPosta Pension Scheme has launched a new brand and nationwide member education forums to improve transparency, service delivery and engagement.
Board Chairman Julius Cheptiony said the initiative marks a renewed focus on accountability and closer interaction with members.
“These forums will help members better understand their benefits and how the Scheme is managed,” he said.
The rebrand carries the tagline “Tuko Nanyi: Tunawajali,” and is anchored on values of member-centricity, accountability and inclusivity.
Administrator and Trust Secretary Peter Rotich said the changes go beyond visuals, signalling a shift toward faster responses, clearer communication and improved customer support.
The Scheme is also upgrading internal systems to speed up benefit processing and enhance record management.
The forums will be held in Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Nyeri, Machakos and Mombasa.
The move follows a member survey that flagged concerns over communication, access to services and delays in benefit processing.
