NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 18 – Travel booking platform Tripitaca has rebranded to Triply, which it says signals its growth.
The company says the move is anchored on a renewed focus on empowering travel businesses with the tools and resources they need to thrive in the digital age.
Its CEO, Peter Wachira, stated that the move reflects a renewed focus on empowering travel businesses with the tools and resources they need to thrive in the digital age.
“Triply represents the next chapter in our journey. We are excited to leverage our cumulative experience and the strength of our team to empower travel businesses and shape the future of travel in Africa,” Wachira said.
“This is more than just a company; it’s a mission to unlock the potential of our continent’s travel sector and create a lasting impact,” he said.
The firm seeks to leverage technology in a bid to create tech-enabled tourism in an array of areas, including online booking systems, digital marketing tools, and data analytics platforms.
This, it says, is set to position it on the track of revolutionizing the travel experience for both businesses and travelers across the continent.
Some of the aspects the new brand will put a spotlight on include offline maps, curated itineraries, and multilingual content.
