NAIROBI, Kenya, July 31 – Laboratory firm Lancet has expanded to two new towns as it seeks to reach more Kenyans.
While Nanyuki’s branch will be located at the Nanyuki Mall, Kilifi’s will be hosted at the Baobab Plaza.
The expansions come after similar expansions in Nairobi’s South C as well as Nyali in Mombasa.
“The establishment of these two centres aligns with the company’s long-term objective to expand its reach by providing top-notch medical diagnostic laboratory services in close proximity to clients,” Lancet Kenya Group CEO Mwende Musunga said.
“This goes hand in hand with a greater emphasis on personalized and efficient customer service,” Mwende added.
Musunga said that the new facilities are meant to alleviate instances where customers are forced to travel long distances in search of diagnostic services.
Some of the services that will be offered at the newly opened outlets are free courier sample collection, roaming phlebotomy services, and home collection services.
