NAIROBI, Kenya – Varun Beverages, the largest bottler of PepsiCo products outside the United States, is set to establish a manufacturing plant in Kenya, with construction expected to be completed in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2027.

In November last year, the company announced plans to expand into Kenya through the establishment of a local subsidiary, VBL Industries (Kenya), which will oversee the manufacturing, distribution and sale of its beverage portfolio.
