CDSC to exit Rhino chatbot service on April 18

NAIROBI, Kenya, April 15 – The Central Depository and Settlement Corporation (CDSC) has announced its decision to unsubscribe from the Rhino chatbot service, with the termination set to take effect on April 18, 2025.

In a communication sent to users, Team Rhino confirmed that CDSC’s chatbot services would be decommissioned, meaning clients will no longer have access to the platform from the stated date.

The move may impact users who rely on the chatbot for investor support and service access. Affected customers are advised to contact CDSC directly for clarifications or assistance through helpdesk@cdsckenya.com.

The decision marks a shift in CDSC’s digital engagement strategy, though no further details have been disclosed.
