A statement by Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Monica Juma says President Kenyatta has also appointed Michael Mubea the envoy to Dublin.
The changes involve 18 ambassadors.
Kariuki Mugwe has been appointed to Abu Dhabi, while Peter Angore will serve in Algiers.
Barine Mugendi will be posted to Accra and Andrew Kihurani Bern.
Lamarron Ole Kaanto has been named to Berlin while Purity Muhindi will be sent to Dakar.
John Mwangemi has been appointed to Djibouti will Mwendwa Musembi has been named envoy to Dubai.
Njeri Njiiri Karago will serve in Los Angeles while Flora Karugu has been named envoy to Lusaka.
Richard Opembe will serve in Madrid while Jackline Yonga has been posted to Rome.
Mwende Mwinzi will serve as envoy to Seoul while Diana Kiambuthi has been appointed envoy to Stockholm.
Njambi has been named envoy to UN-Habitat.
