NAIROBI, Kenya, May 4 – Air France has introduced a new in-flight dining menu by Michelin-starred chef Mory Sacko on its Nairobi–Paris route.
The menu, available in Business Class, features 12 dishes blending French and West African cuisine, including options such as corn cream gnocchi and banana leaf–wrapped sea bass.
Air France said the move is part of efforts to enhance passenger experience while showcasing global culinary diversity across its network.
“Our partnership with Chef Sacko reinforces our ambition to champion French culinary excellence while embracing the richness of local cultures,” said Joris Holtus.
The Nairobi rollout is part of a wider plan to introduce the chef’s menus on other African routes, including Dakar, Lagos and Abidjan, over the next two years.
