NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 22 – CIC Insurance Group PLC has announced senior management changes, with the Board reassigning Mr. Muyesu Luvai from Director – Internal Audit to Director – Special Projects, effective December 2, 2025.
The company said the redeployment is part of its strategy to strengthen oversight and enhance the delivery of key transformation initiatives across the Group.
At the same time, the Board has appointed Mr. Collins Kiriyo Ajire, previously the Internal Audit Manager, as Acting Director – Internal Audit.
Mr. Ajire brings more than 12 years of audit experience, including over eight years in the insurance sector. He joined CIC Insurance Group in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
The changes were announced by the Board through Group General Counsel and Company Secretary Gail Odongo.
