Petition filed against PSC appointments by President Ruto

NAIROBI, Kenya, January 23 – A petition challenging the appointment of Mary Wanjira Kimonye as the Vice Chairperson of the Public Service Commission (PSC) and seven other members has been filed at the High Court of Kenya, Milimani, Nairobi.

The appointments, made by President William Ruto in December last year, are now under scrutiny, with the petition seeking judicial intervention to review the legality and process of the appointments.

Details of the case are expected to unfold as the matter progresses in court.
