NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 8 – Rosalyn Mugoh has been appointed the new Managing Director of Heritage Insurance Company Kenya Limited by Liberty Kenya Holdings.
She assumes the position immediately, following the completion of all regulatory approvals.
With over 14 years of executive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors, Mugoh brings expertise in commercial management, strategic business development, and client relations.
“Her leadership is marked by a proven ability to drive organizational growth, establish impactful partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction,” said Liberty Kenya Holdings in a statement.
Before joining Heritage, Mugoh was the Managing Director and Head of the Commercial Executive Committee at Zamara Kenya.
She has also held leadership roles as Divisional Head of Employee Benefits at Zamara, as well as positions at Aon Kenya and Trustmark Insurance Brokers, where she led market expansion and revenue growth strategies.
Kieran Godden, Group CEO of Liberty Kenya Holdings, expressed full confidence in Mugoh’s leadership, noting, “Her extensive background in both commercial and operational leadership will complement the team as we continue to execute on our strategy.”
Mugoh holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Africa Nazarene University.
