NAIROBI, Kenya, Aug 9- Tatu City has announced the addition of 39 plots in its flagship residential neighborhood, Kijani Ridge.
The plots are priced at Sh10.45 million for 1/4-acre plots and Sh16.15 million for 1/2-acre plots and have a two year payment plan.
“After rapidly selling out our previous phases, we are delighted to offer additional plots to meet market demand,” said Head of Residential Sales at Tatu City Beatrice Njeri.
The company has already sold 430 plots, with more than 50 owners already building their houses.
The controlled development model is situated off Ruiru-Kiambu road and allows buyers to choose from a variety of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom house designs ranging from 300 sqm to 700 sqm.
Tatu City is already home to more than 50 businesses and two schools.
Upon completion, Tatu City will have more than 30,000 homes, as well as parks and open green spaces all in a live, work and play master-planned environment.
