Kenyan entrepreneur finds opportunity in tax advisory in the US

NAIROBI, Kenya, Jul 11 – From living under a dollar a day to a high-flying businessman, Charles Kinuthia has gone against all odds to become one of the most sought-after business coaches.

The 35-year-old has managed to build a lucrative business handling tax, accounting, software and a wealth advisory arm – Wealth Fitness – through his OST Holdings incorporated in the US.

He also serves as an Executive Board Member and Treasurer of KCM, a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering financial assistance to individuals in low-income areas.

Commonly known as Coach CK, he recently launched his social enterprise, Victorious Living, serving as Vice President of this global nonprofit dedicated to alleviating poverty through education and the empowerment of small businesses.

He was also appointed by Ambassador of Burundi as a special advisor to the President’s office of the I CHANGE Nations Honor Africa Initiative.

Kinuthia who is in the country for the Kenyan edition of Wealth Fitness program spoke to Capital Business on his steps to success giving tips of his most valuable lessons learnt through his Journey.
