NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 5 – Electronics dealer Hotpoint Appliances Limited has opened its 13th retail outlet in Diani, expanding its footprint along the Coast region.
The new store, located at Pioneer Mall on Diani Beach Road, was officially launched on January 29, 2026, and brings the retailer closer to customers in Diani, Ukunda, Kwale, and the wider South Coast.
Spanning about 6,000 square feet, the Diani outlet stocks a wide range of home appliances, consumer electronics, and air conditioning and cooling solutions from global brands. The store is open seven days a week.
Hotpoint said the expansion is part of its strategy to improve accessibility while offering a premium shopping experience supported by dependable after-sales service.
“The opening of our Diani outlet reflects Hotpoint’s dedication to serving customers across Kenya with innovative products, trusted services, and a seamless shopping experience,” said Keval Kanani, Director at Hotpoint.
The launch was attended by Kwale Deputy Governor Josphat Chirema and several Coast-based media personalities, including actress and influencer Nuru Yousaf.
Customers at the Diani outlet will benefit from free delivery and installation, free product insurance, hassle-free returns, and after-sales support, the firm said.
To mark the opening, Hotpoint is offering discounts of up to 35 percent on selected products from January 29 to February 15, with an additional 10 percent discount during the opening weekend.
The company said the new store also strengthens its presence in the Coast region by serving hospitality sector clients such as hotels, villas, Airbnbs, and holiday homes seeking reliable appliance solutions.
Hotpoint Diani is located at Pioneer Mall, Diani Beach Road (Diani Links Road junction), and is open daily.
