NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 30 – GulfCap Real Estate has been recognized by the Kenya Professional Realtors Association (KPRA) for steering sustainable, inclusive and community focused growth of Kenya’s real estate sector.
GulfCap Real Estate was honored at the 2025 KPRA Gala Award Dinner, primarily for its development at Buxton Point, an urban renewal project delivered under the Affordable Housing Programme.
With 584 homes delivered in Phase 1 and ongoing sales in Phase 2, Buxton continues to stand as a national benchmark for dignified, well planned and socially integrated housing.
The development has reshaped a critical urban corridor in Mombasa, demonstrating how strategic public-private partnerships can unlock quality homes, uplift communities and stimulate local economic growth.
GulfCap Real Estate’s work is guided by a value based development approach focused on creating tangible wealth for homeowners, supporting community up-liftment and enabling long-term economic resilience.
The award was dedicated to GulfCap Real Estate’s staff, partners and stakeholders, reflecting the collective effort behind the company’s achievements.
GulfCap Real Estate emphasized that without the commitment, passion and able leadership across its teams and partnerships, such milestones would not have been possible.
“This recognition from KPRA affirms our continued commitment to building sustainable communities that create lasting value,” GulfCap Real Estate’s Geoffrey Ongaya, General Manager at Buxton Point said in a statement.
“Buxton Point is a demonstration of what responsible urban transformation can achieve when partnerships, innovation and community needs align,” he added.
The KPRA Gala Awards bring together leading developers, realtors and urban planning professionals to celebrate excellence, integrity and innovation in Kenya’s real estate landscape.
