NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 4 – Flexible workspace provider Spacia has opened a new outlet at Baraza Labs in Nairobi.
Spacia says the new facility will provide integrated spaces on three dimensions, including work, stay, and play spaces for short-term accommodations.
According to the company, its spaces are tailored to meet the growing demand for flexible, hybrid work solutions, offering the freedom to work productively while enjoying a well-rounded lifestyle.
“The way we work is evolving, and Spacia is at the forefront of this transformation,” said Ian Kabiru, co-founder of Spacia.
“We are not just providing workspaces—we are building a dynamic ecosystem that integrates work and lifestyle, ensuring that professionals across Africa have access to spaces that enhance both productivity and personal well-being.”
The platform enables professionals to access a wide range of workspaces, from quiet, private offices to collaborative co-working spaces, and everything in between.
Spacia seeks to tap into the growing co-working spaces industry that is on the rise in Africa.
Africa’s co-working space market continues to expand, with projections indicating it could reach $1.56 billion (Sh5.7 trillion) by 2030.
In Kenya alone, co-working spaces have been on an upward trajectory with different companies opening outlets.
