Fahari Aviation to host advanced air mobility symposium in March

NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 27 – Fahari Aviation, a subsidiary of Kenya Airways, will host the inaugural Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Symposium on March 18-19, 2025, in Nairobi.

The event will bring together industry professionals, policymakers, innovators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), operators, and aviation enthusiasts to explore the transformative potential of AAM across the African continent.

“This symposium marks a pivotal moment for Africa’s aviation future, providing a unique opportunity to shape an inclusive, sustainable, and innovative AAM ecosystem tailored to Africa’s diverse needs,” said Fahari Aviation General Manager Hawkins Musili.

The symposium aims to foster global partnerships to accelerate technological advancements in Africa’s aviation sector.

Participants will gain insights from urban air mobility initiatives in cities like New York, Paris, and Singapore, and learn how to adapt these solutions to Africa’s unique challenges.

The event will showcase cutting-edge technologies, including Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft, and provide attendees an opportunity to engage with industry experts shaping the future of air transportation.

Fahari Aviation, a leader in deploying drones and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) for critical transportation needs across Africa, is committed to using AAM to enhance connectivity between urban and rural areas, driving sustainable development across the region.
