Infobip expands Oracle partnership to enhance customer engagement solutions

NAIROBI, Kenya, June 23 – Global cloud communications platform Infobip, a member of Oracle Partner Network (OPN), has announced an enhancement of its partnership with Oracle by becoming an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) with access to Oracle Integration Cloud.

This development enables businesses utilizing Oracle solutions to leverage Infobip’s robust omnichannel platform through Oracle Cloud Marketplace (OCM), facilitating customer interactions, increased satisfaction, boosted sales, and improved campaign performance.

Through this platform, businesses can now access Infobip’s communication channels to deliver conversational experiences across various sectors such as banking and financial services, retail and e-commerce, and hospitality and leisure.

Infobip’s collaboration with Oracle is set to provide users with valuable customer insights, allowing them to refine campaign strategies and nurture leads throughout the buying process.

Oracle users can integrate multiple communication channels into a single solution, ensuring seamless conversations across different platforms and setting up failover options to guarantee timely delivery of critical alerts and information.

Infobip is also committed to developing additional integrations through the Oracle Integration Cloud.

“Our collaboration with Infobip will equip our customers with the latest communication solutions to continually deliver value,” said Oracle’s Group Vice President of Product Management Stephen Streich.

On his part, Infobip’s Global VP for Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Veselin Vuković asserted that the move will bolster customer experience through diversified approaches.

“By integrating our comprehensive omnichannel communications platform with any Oracle solution available through Oracle Cloud Marketplace, we empower enterprises across all sectors to create conversational experiences that increase conversions, boost sales, and drive loyalty,” he said.
