NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 4 – Rose Mwaura has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA).
She joins from the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK), where she served as the first female CEO and Secretary to the Council for the past five years.
At ISK, she spearheaded initiatives in membership automation, strategic policy advocacy, capacity building, financial management, and project development.
KEPSA says that her focus on networking and long-term business strategies aligns with its objectives.
Mwaura is a holder of MBA in Strategic Management, and she is currently pursuing a PHD in Management and Leadership.
