NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 12 – Plaza Premium Group has announced a new partnership agreement with Flemingo Duty-Free that will see travelers flying through Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) access the newly opened Plaza Premium Lounge at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Terminal 1C.
The promotion, which runs until the end of June 2024, will allow travelers at JKIA to get 35 percent off on lounge access when they spend $50 at the Flemingo Duty-Free retail store located at Terminals 1B and 1C.
The partnership with Flemingo Duty-Free adds a new dimension to the overall travel experience for passengers within JKIA, including joyful shopping rewarded with a special price to access a world-class lounge.
Flemingo, which is well known for its extensive range of premium products, operates in 12 countries with over 27 stores in Asia and Africa.
The duty-free store at JKIA offers a curated selection of high-end perfumes, luxury skincare products, premium cosmetics, deluxe confectionery, fine wine, rare whiskeys, and a top-of-the-range champagne collection.
In February this year, Plaza Premium Group unveiled its exclusive airport lounge at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, in Terminal 1D.
The facility, located on level 2, next to gate 4, operates 24 hours a day and can accommodate up to 150 guests.
The lounge offers dedicated workspaces, showers, Wi-Fi, charging stations, and a dining menu featuring a blend of Kenyan and international cuisines.
Its interiors showcase contemporary African aesthetics with tribal pattern touches.
