A glamorous fashion showcase took over the French Ambassador’s Residence on Thursday, November 27, as Nairobi’s glitterati, style connoisseurs and who-is-who assembled for a low-key runway showcase over cocktails, hosted by French Ambassador Arnaud Suquet.

The event showcased a blend of French and Kenyan creative energy, featuring conversations about the creative economy and cultural diplomacy, attracting a myriad of people drawn from diverse demographics. The event primarily highlighted the Kenyan creative economy and the strong relationship between Kenya and France and served as a platform for discussions on culture, style, artistry, and diplomacy.

The stunning fashion night was the culmination of the French Week 2025 – A series of events in Nairobi focused on fostering stronger France-Kenya collaborations, particularly within the creative industries. The special fashion show was organized by L’Oréal in partnership with Air France and hosted at the French Ambassador to Kenya and Somalia’s residence. It was the culmination of the French week which was organized by the French Chamber of Commerce Kenya.
