Wonder Properties rewards top agents with sponsored China trip

NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 2 – Three leading real estate agents have won a fully sponsored trip to China after being recognised for their outstanding sales performance by **Wonder Properties.

Sydia & Mungei, Samwel Njau and Ravi Consultants Kenya Limited were honoured during the company’s Agent Appreciation Luncheon held on February 28. The award was given in recognition of their contribution to the firm’s sales growth and market expansion.

The event brought together top agents, company executives and industry stakeholders to celebrate high-performing partners in the real estate sector.

“I never imagined that our effort could lead to something like this,” said Mungei. “It feels incredible to have our hard work recognised in such a meaningful way.”

The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Jack Wu, popularly known as “Jack in Africa,” said agents play a central role in driving client satisfaction and business growth.

“Our vision goes beyond providing high-end, sustainable homes,” Wu said. “We are equally focused on creating a culture of shared success with our agents, whose commitment fuels our growth.”

Wu also announced an increase in agent commissions from 3.5 percent to 4 percent, effective January 2026, as part of efforts to reward performance and strengthen partnerships.

Industry players say such international incentive programmes not only motivate agents but also signal a company’s commitment to recognising and investing in talent.

For the three winners, the China trip represents both a reward for hard work and a symbol of opportunity in Kenya’s fast-growing property market.
