India’s Fenesta launches windows and doors showroom in Nairobi

NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 11 – India’s leading fenestration brand, Fenesta, has entered East Africa with the launch of its first windows and doors showroom in Nairobi, marking a major step in the company’s international expansion.

The showroom features Fenesta’s full range of uPVC and aluminium windows, doors, solid panel doors, and façade solutions, designed for durability, energy efficiency, and modern architectural appeal across different climatic conditions.

Designed as an experience centre, the Nairobi outlet allows architects, developers, and homeowners to engage with Fenesta’s windows and doors, explore material quality, and understand how the products can enhance building performance, comfort, and energy efficiency.

The showroom is operated in partnership with Neoplan Limited and also offers complementary solutions, including premium security doors and interior fittings, creating a one-stop destination for modern construction needs.

Arch. Kagwanja Thuo, Managing Director of Neoplan Kenya, said: “Kenya’s construction and property sector is evolving rapidly. Fenesta’s entry brings globally benchmarked windows and doors that meet local climatic conditions while improving energy efficiency and design standards.”

Fenesta Business Head Saket Jain said the expansion reflects the company’s confidence in East Africa’s growing real estate market. “As the region modernises, demand for high-performance windows and doors is rising. Fenesta is committed to raising benchmarks in quality, design, and execution,” he said.

With over 400 dealers in India and an expanding presence in Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Ghana, and now Kenya, Fenesta provides end-to-end solutions—from design consultation to manufacturing and installation—helping developers and homeowners make informed, long-term building decisions.
