Superior Homes launches Sh1bn Sunset Creek Estate in Kilifi

KILIFI, Kenya, Oct 18 – Real estate developer Superior Homes Kenya PLC has unveiled Sunset Creek Kilifi, a Sh1 billion mixed-use gated estate offering serviced quarter-acre plots next to Mandharini Resort in Kilifi.

Located 3 kilometres off the Malindi–Mombasa Highway and 10 kilometres from Kilifi town, the master-planned development sits between Mombasa and Malindi, giving residents easy access to major towns, tourist attractions, and coastal leisure activities, with scenic views over Kilifi Creek.

The launch follows the success of Pazuri at Vipingo, another Superior Homes project in Kilifi County, whose plots are fully sold out.

Superior Homes Managing Director Ian Henderson said the new project underscores the company’s commitment to developing sustainable communities that enhance quality living.

“Sunset Creek Kilifi is for homeowners and investors seeking the tranquility of the Coast without compromising on quality or accessibility. Our goal is to create a secure, well-planned community where families can build their dream homes,” he said.

The gated estate will feature essential infrastructure including access roads, power, water, and drainage systems, as well as communal areas, convenience shops, and recreational spaces.

Superior Homes, founded in 2004, is known for pioneering open-plan gated communities in East Africa.

Its portfolio includes Greenpark Estate in Athi River, Fadhili Care, Greenpark Sundowner, Pazuri at Vipingo, and Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge in Nakuru County.
