Jubilee Holdings unveils new regional headquarters in Nairobi’s Upper Hill

NAIROBI, Kenya, June 24 – Jubilee Holdings has opened its new regional headquarters in Upper Hill, Nairobi, underscoring its long-term commitment to Kenya and the East African region. The move comes as the insurance group marks 87 years in operation.

The facility, launched by Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, features a digital innovation hub, wellness-focused workspaces, and sustainability elements that recently earned it an EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification.

“This modern complex is more than a building—it’s a statement of intent,” said Mr. Zul Abdul, Jubilee Holdings Chairman. “It reflects our vision for a future-facing institution grounded in innovation, sustainability, and service.”

The event also paid tribute to former chairman Nizar Juma, who retired after two decades at the helm. Under his leadership, Jubilee expanded across East Africa and restructured its insurance operations to boost efficiency and growth.

Looking ahead, Jubilee plans to leverage the new hub to broaden insurance access, enhance customer experience, and support national development goals in health, financial inclusion, and environmental sustainability.
