NAIROBI, Kenya, September 4 – Six successful applicants for the 2024 edition of the Creatives for our Future programme under the Swarovski Foundation will now receive £20,000 (Ksh3,378,208) to advance their innovations and career.
The 2024 edition was unveiled yesterday and entries are open in the foundation’s website from 3rd September 2024 until 15th October 2024 from young creatives from around the world, aged between 21 and 30 years.
Jakhya Rahman Corey, Director of the Swaroski Foundation is confident that through the program,young people will be able to seek innovative ground to promote sustainable livelihoods through education to reduce inequality.
“The Swarovski Foundation is looking forward to welcoming this year’s applications to turn their ideas into reality through access to education, resources, and a vital support network,”she said.
Since it’s launch in 2020 the programme has supported 21 projects from field such as fashion,arts and engineering.
The program has so far received more than 1500 applications from 92 countries.
