NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 4 – Subscribers to Google Storage will, starting tomorrow, begin paying an additional Sh400 to Sh2,500 to access more space.
The hike will apply to users under the Google One 100-GB plan.
They will also be charged taxes on top.
“You’ll automatically be charged the subscription price (plus any taxes) to the payment method provided until you
Cancel,” Google said in a statement sent to a subscriber.
“Your price may change again as described in the Google Play Terms of Service.”
Customers have an option to stop or renew the subscription, it continued.
