TECNO unveils first flip smartphone in Kenya

NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 21 – Smartphone manufacturer TECNO Mobile has unveiled its first ever flip phone, the Techno Phantom V Flip 5G device, in the country.

The phone maker says the new device is set to revolutionise the flip smartphone market in Kenya through its cutting-edge features as well as its remarkable design.

“Catering to the discerning tastes of the digital aficionados, this much-anticipated release promises to redefine our interaction with technology in the most profound way,” said TECNO Brand Manager Peter Shi.

“The launch of this device is poised to captivate the imagination of tech connoisseurs, particularly women aged 18-35, inhabiting Kenya’s vibrant urban landscapes,” he said.

“It’s not merely a Smartphone; it’s a lifestyle, a fusion of art and technology.”

The new Phantom V flip boasts refined design, clear vision, and clearer pictures.

The new gadget market price starts at Sh94,999, a price TECNO has termed competitive.

TECNO has been keen on releasing new gadgets into the market even as it seeks to scale up its presence in the region and topple its key competitors.
