NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 7 – CIC Insurance Group has announced an early retirement package for employees.
In an internal memo sent to all staff and seen by Capital Business, the insurer said that all contents of the severance package are available on its intranet, Jumuika.
This is part of the group’s restructuring and voluntary early retirement or exit of CIC Insurance Group PLC, General Insurance Limited, CIC Life Assurance Company Ltd., and CIC Asset Management Ltd.
“Following the Staff Town Hall meeting held today, 3rd November 2023, the circular to all Kenya staff has been placed on the Intranet -Jumuika where you can now access and familiarise with the contents,” its Group CEO Patrick Nyaga said.
It also informed workers that all possible questions on the initiative would be available on the platform.
“For any further information and clarification, contact HR & Administration office/ respective HRBP’s,” Nyaga added.
