NAIROBI, Kenya, May 2 – Kenya Power Managing Director Ken Tarus will on Wednesday answer questions directly from social media users in a first of a series of sessions to be launched this year.

Under the handle #GOKInteracts, senior officials will join him in facing and answering queries directly.

The programme is facilitated by Nexus- The Official Government Newsroom.

The public has been urged to use #StateOfKenyaPower to send in their questions using their social media handles.

Among the questions that are expected to be answered is the surge in electricity bills despite the heavy rains being experienced across the country.
