Situated along Mugumo Road in the prime green leafy suburb of Lavington, next to the Lavington Mall, Tiara Office Park will be an energy efficient commercial building that will provide 88,000 square foot on six floors once ready for occupation in January 2016.
“With the commencement of construction of Tiara Office Park, we have begun to implementing our real estate deal pipeline that seeks to meet the demand in quality office space. The growth of commercial buildings being witnessed in areas like Upper Hill, Westlands and now Lavington is a testament to this demand,” said Acorn Group CEO Edward Kirathe at the groundbreaking ceremony.
“We are already receiving strong enquiries for these offices from Multi- nationals and other expanding corporate.” he added.
The Main Contractor for this prestigious development is China Zhonzing whilst the Architects are Boogertmann and Partners – who are one of the leading South African firms that have recently set up in Nairobi.
In addition to commercial office buildings, the Acorn Group real estate deal pipeline includes construction of shopping malls, master planned development, mix-use developments and business hotels to be rolled out in the coming months.
