If you’ve ever dreamt of swimming to your neighbours, soon you will be able to – 38 floors above ground between two towers.

Designed by Israeli-Canadian architect Moshe Safdie, the condominium development that features a swimmable sky bridge will be located in Bishan, Singapore. Situated on an 11,997 sq m site in the heart of Bishan Central, one of Singapore’s choice residential areas, the condominium will comprise approximately 500 apartments across two 38-storey towers, a dramatic infinity pool that will connect both towers, and two other garden sky bridges.

The Moshe Safdie-designed development in the central island suburb of Bishan will offer residents stunning vistas across the area and is expected to be completed in 2016.
Flat owners will also be able to traverse the two structures via sky bridges on the 14th and 26th floors. If you’re not fond of heights, don’t worry, a larger swimming pool on the ground floor will also be available.

While structurally the development is a high-rise apartment, the design will give residents the feeling of living in a house with its natural ventilation, lush gardens, sky bridges and open walkways.
