May 9, 2011 – The Embassy of Israel presents TAL KRAVITZ. Tal Kravitz is a musician and singer educated at Israel’s finest music institutions. He is an advocate for ethno-musicological research in an effort to safeguard musical traditions in danger of extinction. Tal plays the piano, harp, guitar, a variety of bagpipes, the musical saw, African percussion instruments and many other rare instruments. His concert in Nairobi will feature an enchanting blend of classic Israeli music and a selection of traditional musical instruments from around the world.
