The Suya beef skewers are inspired by West African street food with ingredients like paprika, mustard, chilli powder, ginger, garlic, black pepper and peanut butter.
For the sea food lovers, the Malachi prawns are not only a lighter alternative to beef but they are full of brilliant flavours from southeast Asia with influence from Thailand and Indonesia.
