Four reasons why you have Monday blues

Do you hate Mondays? Are you constantly battling Monday blues?

1.You need a vacation

Do you find yourself feeling exhausted on Monday morning? And you got enough sleep the night before? Then you’re probably emotionally tired and not physically. You probably need a vacation. Take leave when you can and take time off for some R&R.

2.You need to prepare for Monday

If you have the advantage of starting your weekends from Friday evening. By Monday you are exhausted. This is because your body was in relaxation mode and now when its time to get back to sleep it needs to jump back into work mode it goes into shock. So it is advised that you start planning for Monday earlier. Go to bed early on Sunday, iron your clothes, and organize your schedule early.


3.Doing it all over again

Weekends are a time when people lay back, relax, and are free to do anything they want, and after a tiring week, its a break well deserved. But come Monday you have to start over and most people long for the weekend by Monday.

Monday is seen as the day all hope dies because it is five whole days to the weekend. What you can do is change your perception on Monday and see it like any other day.

4.Social Media hates Monday

Has something from social media ever made you change your perception of something? It is probably the same thing as Monday. You don’t find yourself really hating your day until you find a meme or video that talks about hating Monday.

What I would suggest is not going through your social media when you get up in the morning. Get up and get ready for your day on a positive note.

If you follow these tips your Mondays will be fantastic or at least bearable.
