Evelyn Okinyi Owala is a woman who wears many hats. A mother and wife, this former banker turned bodybuilder, is now a fitness trainer at Eveal fitness. An expert in her craft, Evelyn is a champion becoming Ms. Nairobi Figure 2016 and a two-time winner of Miss Kenya Figure. In an interview with Capital FM’s Angela Wambui, Evelyn shared just how easy it is to work out from home without any equipment, and achieve your 2019 body goals.
She lives for fitness and works out at least twice a day. Her love for fitness has driven her to start her own business where she offers personal training services to many women in Nairobi and helps them achieve their dream fitness goals.
Evelyn spoke on misconceptions about female bodybuilders, with many perceiving muscles on a woman as odd and manly but according to Evelyn, muscles do not make her less of a woman, she is gentle, caring and beautiful as any woman out there.
