Remember when Adele flawlessly rapped Nicki Minaj’s Monster verse like her life depended on it? Well, you could see the Hiphop Queen spit her own bars on her own edition of Carpool Karaoke.
The revered rap superstar has been busy gearing up for the release of her 5th studio album, with a few singles heralding its later this year premiere. Weeks ago, she churned two uptempo tracks, Do We Have A Problem and Bussin, that feature fellow rapper Lil Baby. The former peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100. She recently teased another catchy song on her Instagram, telling fans she had considered scrapping it off the album, to their bewilderment as they unanimously agreed that it was a bona fide feature.
Fast forward to a few hours ago, an eagle-eyed Minaj fan spotted quite the spectacle in Los Angeles. The Twitter user posted a still of a black Range Rover that shows the Come on a Cone lyricist and Carpool Karaoke host James Corden in the front seats. If this mere footage is anything to go by, Minaj is definitely up next on the popular car show.
The rapper’s last interaction with the English television host was when she appeared on his Late Late Show to promote Do We Have A Problem.
