Kenya’s popular food outlet Big Square has drawn mixed reactions over their latest post.
The outlet put out a flyer imploring 12 foodies to apply for a chance to be brand ambassadors for each one of their 12 branches. This will be in exchange for “discounted meals and drinks, early access to any new menu items and promotions, recognition on the restaurant’s website and social media channels and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the Big Square’s success.”
The announcement stipulates that said brand ambassadors will be responsible for planning and executing events that showcase each branch’s uniqueness.
Many reactions point to the fact that many feel the post is unappreciative and demeaning to content creators efforts.
