Beyonce Opened The 2022 Oscars Looking Like A Lifesize Tennis Ball With ‘Be Alive’ Performance

The 94^th Academy Awards ceremony still have everyone buzzing, thanks to the events of the night. *cough Will Smith cough*

Deviating from the theatrics (no pun intended) of it all, shall we get into Queen Bey’s literal evergreen performance of Be Alive, the official soundtrack on the Oscar-nominated King Richard movie? Beyonce opened the ceremony with a live performance of the song at the Tragniew Tennis Court in Serena Williams’ native city of Compton, miles away from the Academy Awards actual venue in Dolby Theatre, bringing personification to the soundtrack and movie.

The music superstar dressed the part in a green and yellow ensemble as did her backing band, further bringing to life the song behind the inspirational drama movie that depicts the life of sisters and tennis stars Serena and Williams and their father, Richard Williams.
