He is one of Kenya’s most beloved chefs. A culinary mastermind and kitchen wizard with an experience spanning over 42 years, Chef Cosmas is the head honcho at Karen Blixen, one of Kenya’s most upper echelon hotels.
“I have done this for a long time and worked at so many different places. I have crossed continents, managed start-ups till they were off the ground, run chains of hotels ad trained other chefs,” Shares Cosmas, whose journey into the culinary world dates back to the 80s when he attended schooling London.

Recently, Tanqueray in conjunction with Karen Blixen, treated a few of Nairobi’s most renowned influencers to a peculiar food experience; the pairing of food with Tanqueary LDG and No. Ten. The layered experience entailed starters, soup, main course and dessert. A cocktail menu comprised of Tenacious 10, Luxe Demure and Karen Blossoms also reigned supreme during the vibrant afternoon. This was the first taste of what Tanqueray has in the pipeline – the official launch of the Showtime platform on December 7.

Showtime attendees will get to experience the gorgeous pairing, coupled with fashion showcases from Hawi Ready to Wear and Itikadi Fashion House, all happening to Karen Blixen and with Kituku at the helm.
