Tanzanian superstar Ali Kiba has come out to warn his countryman Diamond Platnumz over inviting him to the Wasafi Festival.
A livid Ali Kiba posted a cryptic message on social media to forewarn the ‘Kanyaga’ hitmaker from dragging him into his marketing schemes for his upcoming Wasafi Festival in Dar Es Salaam on November 8th 2019. King Kiba savagely told Diamond to leave him alone or else he would expose him and o one would want to come for his event.
“Usiniletee mambo ya darasa la Pili unaniiibia penseli alafu unanisaidia kutafuta .(UNIKOME)
Mwanaume huwa anaongeaga mara moja tu sasa ukitaka nikuweke uchi watu wajue unayonifanyia hata kwenye hilo tamasha hatokuja mtu sasa tuishie hapo nakutakia tamasha njema @diamondplatnumz,” Kiba posted.

Platnumz had extended an invite to the ‘Mwana’ hitmaker and to his former signee Harmonize to come perform at the event during a press conference yesterday. A move that was not well received by Ali Kiba who seemingly took it as an insult because according to him, he plays foul and then saves face by doing things like inviting him for Wasafi in the name of ‘unity’ in the industry.
The father of four who is currently dating Kenyan radio personality and rapper Tanasha Donna promptly replied to Kiba’s warning saying “Mmeskia analilia pensili?! Stress hizi.”
Kiba’s response to the invite has been widely shared with many wondering what’s currently going on between the two music stars who have for years avoided being in each other’s business as well as throwing words on social media.
Many fans have for a long time asked the two to work together and last year when Diamond debuted his Wasafi Festival concerts in various East African cities, many asked Ali Kiba to be part of the performance line up something that might never happen if Kiba’s response is anything to go by.
