1. Atomic Habits by James Clear

This is my favourite book and one I like re-reading. Written by James Clear, this book emphasizes the need to create an identity that will be based on the habits you’re planning on following. Habits make a person so make sure you are becoming the person who follows a certain habit. If you want to lose weight, be the person who exercises daily or enjoys healthy food. It has interesting stories that make the chapters stick and with relevant examples on how to make habits stick. The chapters are well organized, with a summary under each and key points to assist in developing good habits and doing away with bad ones. You can also sign up for James Clear weekly email newsletter where he shares tips on habit-forming and thought-provoking ideas.
