Fast-rising teenage Gengetone artist Trio Mio has been featured on the same track with American rap sensation Wiz Khalifa.
The new song titled ‘Same Block’ is by Los Angeles based music producer Anweezy, American artist Moeazy, Kenya’s very own Trio and ‘Black and Yellow’ hitmaker Wiz Khalifa.
Trio recently took to social media to shared the news with fans, revealing that the highly-anticipated song is now available on various digital music platforms.

The news of Trio Mio’s collaboration with Wiz Khalifa was initially unveiled by Arthur Oloo aka Jinx, the manager of artist relations at Boomplay, emphasizing the significance of collaborations for creative development and the potential impact of working with well-known musicians on a young artist’s profile.
Trio Mio’s journey to stardom began in 2019 with the release of his debut track ‘Vile Inafaa’/Bazeng, produced by JB. However, it was in 2020 that he truly made his mark with the release of ‘Cheza kama wewe,’ a song that rapidly dominated the Kenyan music scene.
